Avenger UMT Pro Samsung Module v4.0 Review & Download 2026 Update

Avengers Box / UMT Pro Samsung Module v4.0 Review & Download 2026 Update

A few days ago, the UMT Team released a new update for the Samsung module under Avengers Box and UMT Pro. The new version comes as Samsung Module v4.0 and the main focus of this release is support for Samsung Exynos devices. Since UMT is one of the oldest and most popular names in the GSM market, many users were waiting to see what this update would bring. After checking the changelog and looking at the working method shown by the team, I spent some time going through the details to see whether this update offers something really useful for everyday users.

The biggest feature in this version is the new Exynos FRP reset option. At first glance it sounds like a major update because Samsung Exynos devices are often difficult to handle compared to some other models. When users read "Exynos FRP Reset" in the changelog, many will probably think that the software can directly remove FRP from supported phones. However, after looking deeper into the method, the situation is a little different from what some users may expect.

The tool does not enable ADB by itself. Before running the FRP reset process, the phone must already have ADB access enabled. The team has clearly mentioned that users need another software to do this part first. In simple words, you cannot just connect a locked phone and remove FRP directly with this update. First you need a separate solution that can activate ADB on the device. Only after that can the Samsung module perform the FRP removal process.

This is the point where the update feels a bit limited. The actual FRP reset process works through ADB, and similar methods have been available in the GSM market for quite some time. There are already several tools that can enable ADB on Exynos devices and then complete the FRP process. Because of that, this release does not feel like a completely new solution. It feels more like the UMT team has added support for a method that many technicians already know about and use through other software.ACAC

Looking at the screenshots shared by the developers, the process itself appears straightforward. The software reads the device information, prepares the environment, removes the FRP lock, reboots the phone into recovery mode, and then finishes the operation. The logs show that the procedure is mostly automatic once ADB communication is available. For users who already have a working way to enable ADB, the process should be quick and easy to perform.

The update also adds support for several Samsung Qualcomm models. Users can perform functions such as Read Info, Factory Reset, and FRP Reset on newly added devices. This part of the update is useful because new Samsung security updates often require software developers to keep adding fresh support. While this is not a headline feature, it is still something service technicians will appreciate because it expands the list of supported devices inside the module.

Avenger - UMT Pro Samsung Module v4.0 -

Pass for RAR= NckTeam
Overall, Samsung Module v4.0 is not a bad update. It adds support for more devices, improves existing functions, and gives users another option for handling Exynos phones. At the same time, it is difficult to call this a game-changing release because the core method behind it is already familiar to many people in the GSM community. Existing UMT and Avengers users should install the update and keep their software current, but those expecting a completely new Samsung breakthrough may find this release smaller than they originally hoped.
